Links

Here are links to various websites I’ve been involved in:

Outreach

Ask A Biologist – Where visitors can ask any question on biology, and a team of experts (incuding myself) will try and answer.

Palaeontology[Online] – Outreach site aiming to communicate topics in palaeontology to a wider audience. I’m a commissioning editor for the site.

Journals

Journal of Paleontological Techniques – A free open access journal specialising in techniques papers for palaeontology.  I am a scientific editor for the journal.

Science/Data

ParaFEM  – open source finite element code.  I used this during my PhD for simulation of dinosaur tracks.

BioMesh – A useful site for FE models in biology, some models are downloadable and there’s a database of material properties.

XROMM – X-ray Reconstruction of Moving Morphology

Website Built with WordPress.com.
